Exciting Game Projects
For us at Game-Ace, one of the most rewarding parts of 2025 was the sheer, amazing variety in the projects our team tackled. We had the chance to pour our expertise into so many exciting areas, including education, mobile entertainment, deep simulation work, and super-fast rapid prototyping. While every new release showed a different side of our expertise, they all had one thing in common: our unwavering focus on clear planning, technical consistency, and truly thoughtful design.
Financial Garden
Our year began with Financial Garden, a project that stood out for both its pace and purpose. Pinnacle Financial Strategies approached us with the task of replacing their aging Checking Navigator tool, and the result became a modern, WCAG-compliant educational game built around animated quizzes, badge progression, and a responsive interface that works on any device.
Institutions gained precise participation tracking, while end users could complete the entire course in one structured session. Delivered within ten weeks and later recognized with a 5.0 Clutch review, the project became a strong example of how careful UX design and gamification can elevate financial learning tools.
Demon Runner
As we continued refining mobile development pipelines, Demon Runner emerged as a compact but demanding endless runner that pushed our UX, animation, and systems teams to align around speed and clarity. Built in Unity for both iOS and Android, it centers on two quick actions, such as rolling to dodge hazards and striking to eliminate enemies.
A light RPG layer, including chests and permanent gear, added depth without slowing the game's pace. The project showed how even short-session mobile titles benefit from precise tuning and a complete, well-structured gameplay loop.
Ships At Sea
Midyear, our simulation chops really shone as we continued our co-development role on Ships At Sea. This title is built beautifully in Unreal Engine 5 and uses Nvidia WaveWorks, focusing on the nitty-gritty details of fishing, cargo transport, and service vessels operating in truly realistic sea conditions. Our team's main contributions focused on the systems that directly shape how the simulation looks and feels.
Our contributions centered on systems that directly influence how the simulation looks and feels in motion, including a reusable fishing net solution, improved water effects, and refined weather transitions. Balancing visual fidelity with stable performance under demanding sea states became a key part of our work, ensuring the core features remained scalable as the game expanded.
Bagged Up
While the simulation work was going on, our team also jumped into the live service world with Bagged Up. This is a fun sports prediction game built entirely around getting players to come back every day. The main loop is simple: you answer three new questions daily, and your accuracy fuels the weekly leaderboard. We also included a collectible card system, complete with a binder interface.
The collectible card system, paired with a binder interface, provided long-term goals that encouraged players to return regularly. Behind the scenes, Firebase powered the real-time logic while PlayFab supported inventory, rewards, and user accounts. The result was a mobile experience where prediction accuracy, not randomness, shaped progression, a precise fit for audiences who enjoy skill-based competition.
FPV Tank Hunter
Midway through the year, our prototyping efforts led to the creation of FPV Tank Hunter, an experiment that brought us deeper into drone physics and environmental interaction. Built in Unreal Engine 5.5, the prototype combined FPV-style control, wind and weather systems, signal coverage mechanics, and detailed terrains to simulate the challenges faced by real drone operators.
By collaborating directly with FPV professionals, our team ensured that flight behavior felt believable while still supporting the game's tactical nature. The prototype laid a strong foundation for further development in both entertainment and training contexts.
RC Mayhem
Alongside these projects, rapid production remained a recurring theme, and RC Mayhem demonstrated what our team can achieve under tight timelines. In just one month, the Unity prototype captured the feel of an arcade RC racing game set inside an abandoned mall, complete with boost mechanics, obstacle-rich tracks, and physics tuned for short, repeatable play sessions.
We accelerated development without compromising visual coherence or performance across PC, Xbox, and mobile. The project reaffirmed the value of a focused prototyping pipeline, especially when evaluating early game concepts.
Together, these titles shaped a development year defined by variety and momentum. From financial education to mobile action, competitive prediction, simulation, and fast-turnaround prototyping, each project expanded our capabilities while strengthening the practices that guide our production work today.
New Vectors
In 2025, Game-Ace expanded its capabilities by strengthening two strategic directions that consistently shaped client demand. Roblox game development became a natural extension of our production services as more partners looked for interactive experiences that reach younger audiences and support fast content cycles.
Our team built a reliable workflow that covers scripting, UI and UX design, 3D asset creation, optimization, testing, and live updates. The new approach now supports a broad spectrum of Roblox genres, including simulations, RPGs, obbies, shooters, social hubs, and brand-focused experiences that require clear engagement paths and scalable content delivery.
Simultaneously, we significantly deepened our expertise in the iGaming, social gaming casino, and crypto casino sectors. Recognizing the unique convergence of entertainment and high-stakes engagement, we adapted our pipelines to support the distinct needs of these markets. Whether it was implementing secure, transparent mechanics for crypto-based platforms or crafting the vibrant, retention-driven loops essential for social and mobile casinos, our team proved capable of delivering compliant, high-performance titles that stand out in a competitive landscape.
At the same time, staff augmentation continued to grow as a core part of our collaboration with studios that need flexible production support. Clients relied on our specialists to reinforce Unity and Unreal development, technical art, UI and UX design, animation, QA, and Roblox-specific roles. The model proved effective for organizations that needed consistent project velocity without long onboarding cycles, and it enabled teams to expand or contract resources predictably while maintaining quality.
The growth of these services introduced new opportunities for teams seeking structured support at critical points in development. Roblox development opened new possibilities for interactive products, and staff augmentation ensured that clients could move confidently through complex or time-sensitive projects. Both directions contributed to a more versatile and resilient service structure that will continue to evolve in the coming year.
Parting Thoughts
Reflecting on 2025, our progress came from consistent work across many fronts. New service lines took shape, established partnerships grew stronger, and our development teams delivered products that combined technical clarity with practical value. Each project, event, and collaboration contributed to a more stable foundation for the future.
As we move into the new year, we remain committed to improving our processes, supporting our clients' long-term goals, and expanding the range of solutions our partners can rely on. The direction is clear, and the work ahead continues to motivate our entire team.
